What Time Will My Order Be Processed?
Our warehouse is located in the United States, and during holiday seasons and sales periods, we leave extra time to process your order. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order date. If there are no special circumstances, we will ship it on the second day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
All our orders are shipped through Fedex courier and delivered to their final destination.
Possible Reasons for Transportation Delay:
* Delay at the destination airport customs clearance
* No update information from the last delivery at the post office
* Missing phone number for shipping information
Shipping Fees:
Currently, we have a free shipping policy for all our products. However, if you purchase multiple items, they may not all be shipped together as it depends on the product's different shipping options. You will receive a shipping notification email after your order is shipped.
Do I Need to Pay import Taxes and Fees?
The prices displayed on our website are in US dollars, which means you may need to pay import taxes and fees after receiving your order. Foreign Transaction Fees:
If your credit card account is in a currency other than U.S. dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than the one quoted on our website. You may also be subject to foreign currency transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any fees your bank or card issuing company may charge you. For more details about foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Prices in our store are displayed in your local currency, but are displayed in US dollars when you check out. All transactions will be processed in USD via Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Package Has Been Shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change dispatch once the product is on its way, but you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and reorder with the exact details.
Note:
1. If the customer cancels the order more than 1 hour after placing the order, the customer must bear any corresponding return shipping costs and the handling fee incurred by canceling the order, because Paypal will charge a handling fee of more than 4.5% of the order price. Customers need to bear 3%.
2. If the package is lost or cannot be retrieved due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the loss will be borne by the customer. TOKTOO will not replace orders or refund orders.
3. If the package is returned because the customer fails to pick it up in time, the customer will be responsible for the resulting loss.
