Refund policy
TOKTOO 30-day 100% refund policy:
Unopened products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase, except for non-refundable business purchase orders. If you purchased an TOKTOO product through an authorized retailer, please return your accessories to the retailer along with your proof of purchase in accordance with the retailer's policy. Once the returned merchandise returns to TOKTOO's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. You may return any physical product purchased on https://outdoortoktoo.com subject to the terms below. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for returns.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
● Return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of delivery date.
● To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and further instructions for completing your return.
● For non-quality problems, the product you return must be in its original unpackaged state.
● If the item does not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
● Please allow 2-5 business days for all returned items to be checked and an additional 5-10 business days for a credit to reflect on your bank statement.
How do I change or cancel my order?
★ If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the product is shipped. Please be sure to provide your order number and the modifications you want to make, and we will confirm the modifications once they are completed. Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled. If the order has been shipped and you still want to cancel it, you can choose to refuse the product, but the shipping costs incurred will be borne by you. We will handle the refund procedure for you after the product is returned to our warehouse.
How do I return a product?

If the package is lost or damaged:
★ All damaged packages must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.

If the logistics track shows that the product has been delivered, but you have not received the goods, please walk around your home to see if your package is there. If not, please contact Fedex yourself and synchronize the information to us.
★ Please do not throw away any product or shipping materials until the problem is resolved.
★ When notifying us of damage, please include the following in your message: photos/video showing the damage, a description of the damage, and any other valuable information.
